When we visit our daughter in Palm Bay, we often need to stay nearby because she has a large family. Comfort Suites in Palm Bay was terrific! Scarlet was the front desk manager and she was incredibly helpful. The first night, our room faced the highway, and the road noise made it hard to sleep. When we told Scarlet she immediately found us an ideal room facing away from the road and the rest of our trip was fantastic. Whether we needed change, extra towels or information about local places, Scarlet was a gem who helped us with a big smile, making us feel so welcome. We'll be back!

The staff at the hotel was very friendly, but the hotel itself was dirty and looks to be the result of deferred maintenance. I walked into my hotel room and lifted the toilet seat to use the restroom and discovered someone else else’s diarrhea splatter on the underside of the seat. My hotel room had rust on all the metal finishes, the bathroom door was warped and the room just seemed dingy. I like the Comfort Suites brand as a hole, but this falls below their standard.
