While there are many units available for rent across this property, Tropicals has consistently been the most enjoyable group to rent through (through Expedia). Their units have very high quality control, quality decorating and super comfortable furnishings. Highly recommend.

The room was clean, staff answered all questions. Location is great. A big drawback is very outdated. Pool was good, but hallways, fixtures, elevator very old.

We love this funky, retro historic hotel in which every room/suite is something a little different. The room we had this time sported a tiny "Juliette" balcony overlooking the street. The decor (nautical theme with clean lines) was a nice break from the pastel/seashell/kitzchy rooms we've stayed in before. There was plenty of closet space, and even a tiny kitchen that did not, however, have a sink despite a coffee pot, microwave, dishes, etc. Convenient 20-30 minute drive to the Ballpark of the Palm Beaches, our main destination.

Tropicals of Palm Beach, Aiva, provided a room that didn’t match the description, maintenance issues and unsanitary conditions with mold and a non-draining shower. I didn’t get settled until 1am the first night and had to change rooms. Very bad experience- I don’t recommend staying here.

Great location in one of the upscale communities at a reasonable price. The building is historic and resembles the European decor. Staff is so friendly, you feel you're appreciated and will want to come back!

Older building but clean room, excellent bedding, kitchenette was very helpful. Professional staff, warm pool, nice outdoor space with lots of seating options, close to the beach, a supermarket and basically everything you need, very safe area, walking trail along the lake nearby.lake very close
