Kim was very responsive to messages. The star rating reflects my stay but as I said the owner is very responsive to messages and had already started on some of the suggested improvements before we had even left Palm Coast. I am sure we would give a higher rating in the future.

Enjoyable Stay

This house suited our needs for the 2 nights. The house was clean and neat. We liked the small screened in porch. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed walking on the bike path not far away. The house does have a foosball table in the garage but it needs to be fixed to play. It had all the supplies we needed. I would stay there again.

Spacious home Quiet Neighborhood

The home was clean, my only issue was I didn’t expect the back yard grass to not be mowed so i was scare to allow my kids to play out there. By the pictures the back yard looked maintained but it wasn’t. The gate was broken and there was easy access to the backyard. But overall clean property. Check in was easy and neighbor was very quiet and close to restaurants.
