Thank you for having us, we enjoyed the beach several times a day and everyone and the little ones were comfy and had a great time. Will definitely book again if we come back to Palm Coast :)

I do not like to leave public reviews that are this bad. I prefer to give the host a chance to make things right but unfortunately this was not the case and I did not want anyone else to have my same experience.-The AC was not working upon check inIt took 6 hours of communication to get it fixed which was a simple maintenance issue- The hot tub was filthy had mold and slime growing in it and the water was green. I sent photos to the owner. It also kept blinking on the control panel that it was 145 days past due for a water change!!- There was an alarm going off in the carport area I believe from the water softener it could be heard from anywhere in the yard which made the outside area unpleasant. I did notify the owner.- The inside house and furnishings were nice and clean, it just seams basic maintenance was needed.I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone else.

Retirement Stay

We had a great experience staying in this home. Great design, location to coast and intercostal. Great restaurants within short drive. My wife and I walked to beach every morning and most afternoons. Everything you need for your short or extended stay in the home. We stayed for 29 nights and would highly recommend. Host Sumant was great to work with! Enjoy!
