Inside, enjoy light-filled spaces and a modern kitchen perfect for entertaining. The living room features a 65" flat screen smart TV and a foosball table for added fun. An office desk is available for those who need to catch up on work. The large kitchen with stainless steel appliances wine cooler complete with a dining table and island seating, easily accommodates 10+ people. Addition whole new wing was added to the home recently which includes additional kitchen, living room and large bedroom overlooking the water, makes this a perfect setup for families and friends traveling together.

Guest Access:

New to the Area?

If you love nature and the outdoors, Palm Coast is for you. This laid-back beachside community is located between historic St. Augustine and world-famous Daytona Beach and there’s plenty to see and do. Within 15 miles you’ll find Marineland, one of Florida's first marine mammal parks, and billed as "the world's first oceanarium", and Washington Oaks State Park known for its unique shoreline of coquina rock formations along the Atlantic Ocean. Check out nearby Long Creek Nature Preserve by canoe or kayak and be sure to visit one of several small beach accesses that feature cinnamon-colored sand and coquina rock only found in this area of Florida.



Bring your boat or rent one and enjoy a relaxing boat ride through the maze of almost 70 miles of salt and freshwater canals, or fish on the ICW/Matanzas River easily accessed from our home. In either case, you’re likely to see dolphins or even manatees along the way.



If you like to jog, walk or bike, this area abounds with over 130 miles of nature trails throughout the city and along the river.



For golf enthusiasts, the area offers several great public golf courses and many private ones that offer seasonal memberships.



For the children (dogs and adults), besides our beautiful beaches, James Holland Memorial Park features a play area with slides, bridges and ladders, a climbing wall, a zip line, an archeological digging area, sandpit, and treehouse. There’s even a dog park, covered pavilions, and courts galore: tennis, shuffleboard, basketball, pickleball, bocce ball, sand volleyball and horseshoe pits.



Flagler Beach is about 20 minutes south on A1A and is the county’s ‘beach town’ with ocean view restaurants and shopping.



History lovers will love visiting historic St. Augustine, the oldest city in America, just a quick 25 miles north. The city has a European flavor, with centuries-old buildings, horse-drawn carriages, hidden courtyards, forts and of course the Fountain of Youth. History not your thing, then hang out at St. Augustine Beach where you’ll find beautiful white sandy beaches with lots of shopping and restaurants. About the same distance south, you can drive on the beach at World-famous Daytona Beach.



List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, seran wraps and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!



The Neighborhood:

Salt water canal front home located in a beautiful family neighborhood. Nice and quiet. Close to miles of walking and biking trails and only minutes to the beach. 5 min drove to popular European Village with lots of restaurants and small shops and nightly entertainment. Minutes to world famous beaches.



Getting Around:

Car is recommended but this area is very bike friendly and you can easily bike to European Village where you will find tons of shops, restaurants with outdoor sitting and Sunday organic market



Other Things to Note:

After you have reserved your stay, please be advised that we will be sending you a rental agreement to sign through our system. This agreement MUST be signed in order to confirm your stay and receive your check-in instructions.

- Pet fee is $100 per pet per stay can be added during the rental agreement signing.

- Optional pool heating available for an additional cost of $287 per week or $50 daily.

- If you plan to bring a trailer or RV, we do offer secure off-site parking approximately 7-10 miles from the property for $25 per day per unit. If you’d like to reserve a space, please let us know prior to your arrival so we can add it to your reservation and provide you with the access code.
