You have access to the entire home and it is not shared with any other guests. There is a guard gated entry with 24 hour security. Your names will be left at the front gate and will be given a parking pass for the duration of your stay. We have fully covered two cars garage and driveway. There is free street parking.

Monterey Country Club offers 27 holes of championship golf, 19 tennis and pickle ball courts, fitness center, and 37 community pools and spas. Conveniently located close to the El Paseo Shopping District, The Shops at Palm Desert & Acrisure Arena.

This is per our HOA contract, and we need to add guests to our security check in gate for entry and exit car pass.
