Lessons and aquatic classes are offered in the Olympic-size cabana pool, with 46 other refreshing swimming pools and steamy jacuzzis, one of which is steps away from your front door. Palm Valley is known for its two pristine 18-hole Ted Robinson-designed golf courses (golfers can use our custom golf cart and as our Platinum Membership guests, have full access to the meticulous Palm Valley courses). Enjoy guest access to the 16 tennis courts or 8 pickle ball courts (nominal guest fee) and join in for some social or competitive play including round-robins, tournaments, and lessons. Get your work-out in at the clean and well-equipped gym (nominal guest fee) with fitness classes, two Clubhouse Restaurants, salon, and the posh spa with sauna and a fabulous treatment menu.

Parking
There is one garage space (golf cart has the other), two private driveway spaces, and plenty of street parking. Community Security monitors guest vehicles, therefore, no unregistered guests nor vehicles are allowed.

VRBO Cancellations
The 4% Credit Card Processing Fee is non-refundable from the Stripe Credit Card Processor. Cancellation refunds will be minus the 4% credit card fee.

1. Guest reserving stay must be at least 25 yrs old with valid and uploaded picture ID. Front door security camera will be used to ensure that the responsible individual making the reservation is the person who is checking in and staying.
2. Maximum number of guests is 6 at any time. City and Palm Valley regulations do not allow for more than 2 guests per bedroom, and this is closely monitored by security.
3. Only pre-registered guests are allowed on the property.
4. No smoking.
5. No pets.
6. No parties or loud music. Noise levels are monitored and respect for our neighbors is priority.
7. Liability waivers, Palm Desert and HOA Good Neighbor Guidelines must be signed at booking.
