Spanning 6,600 square feet of luxurious living space on an acre of lush land, this upscale property is comprised of the main house, a casita, and a detached game room with an adjoining bedroom - each has a private entrance. To compliment the resort feel, you'll find abundant entertaining space - enjoy two living areas, a game room, and a fully equipped bar with a pool table. Outside, a tropical oasis awaits with a lagoon-style pool with a heating option, two spas, a putting green, an outdoor kitchen, and a firepit. Offering a prime locale, you'll be within a short walk of Joe Mann Park and near Palm Desert Country Club and the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, home of the BNP Paribas Open (1.5 miles).

In the main house, a sitting room includes a chess table and gas fireplace, while the main living area features a sectional and a 55-inch TV with surround sound and a Blu-ray player. Concoct a crisp drink at the wet bar with two fridges and an ice machine. Chalk a cue for a friendly round of pool. The detached game room at the back of the property offers more space to socialize and is equipped with a foosball table, dartboard, poker table, and 65-inch TV with an Xbox. This space also includes a home gym and games. The gourmet kitchen in the main house boasts granite countertops and high-end appliances, and a Viking stove. Perch at the breakfast bar, then gather for family meals in the formal dining area. A sink and mini fridge in the attached casita add convenience.

The main house affords California king beds across three bedrooms. Find quiet privacy in the enormous primary suite with a TV, several sitting areas, direct pool access, and an en suite bathroom with a jetted tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. Two additional bedrooms include TVs and en suite bathrooms: one with a tub/shower combination and the other with a walk-in shower. The detached casita bedroom is configured with a king bed, TV, and bathroom with a walk-in shower, while the attached casita, with its own entrance just off the pool, has two queen beds and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The office space doubles as the sixth bedroom and includes a twin bed with a twin trundle. Meanwhile, a seventh bedroom in the attached casita includes a king bed and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. This rental also includes two half baths: one in the main house and one outside on the patio.

2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 100 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
