INTERIOR

This beautiful condo is situated in a prime location within Palm Valley Country Club. The living room features a sectional sofa that offers ample seating for enjoying your favorite TV shows and sports on the 65-inch Smart TV. The dining table accommodates four people, and the kitchen is conveniently connects to the living room through a breakfast bar. The kitchen is well-stocked and provides access to the front patio, which includes a small bistro table perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The living room boasts high ceilings, plenty of natural light, and access to the patio, where you can enjoy a view of the golf course. The condo features a washer and a dryer and parking for two cars.



SLEEPING QUARTERS

The main en-suite bedroom includes a king-sized bed, a 42-inch Smart TV, and views of the golf course. The en-suite bathroom features double sinks and a spacious walk-in shower. There is also plenty of closet space available for guest use. The guest bedroom is equipped with two queen-sized beds, a dresser, and large closets. Z Retreat provided the perfect home during our weekend getaway to the desert. The home was clean, comfortable, organized, and included so many extra features. No detail was missed. In addition to the convenient location to the pool and great view of the golf course, the neighborhood provides easy access to many activities in the Valley. We will definitely be back!

Photos and written descriptions accurately portray the property. The condo is spacious, comfortable and clean. Bathrooms and kitchen are updated. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor patio adjacent to the golf course. The property manager responds quickly to questions; responses were helpful.
