The Space:

The outdoor space centers around a heated pool (optional October through May) with attached hot tub, waterfall feature, and lounge chairs facing mountain views. The covered patio has overhead fans, sectional seating, gas fire pit, built-in grill, and outdoor dining. A gated grassy dog run with doggy door keeps pets happy. Inside, the living room has a large sectional sofa, smart TV with Apple TV and streaming apps, and gas fireplace. The formal living area offers additional seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, cookware, and a countertop with 2 barstools. A high-top table seats 6, and the formal dining room seats 8. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, smart TV, ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and walk-in shower, large closet, and sliding glass doors to the patio. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and smart TV. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and smart TV. There's a second full bathroom with shower/tub combo and a half-bathroom accessible from the pool area. Washer and dryer are in-unit. WiFi speeds reach 500+ Mbps download and 25 Mbps upload. All TVs have streaming apps including Netflix, HBO Max, and Showtime. Parking fits three vehicles in the circular driveway, plus a two-car garage and gated RV space with power hookup (no water or sewer). Up to 2 dogs welcome.

Nice place. Close to airport and a fairly busy street. Definitely noticeable when outside by the pool. Very clean. Communication emails made it seem like you were dealing with a company who likely manages multiple properties. Some of the directions are very generic (leave the key in the key box when there is no key box). We spent most of the time out and about. Have was perfect for that kind of a trip.

Well Appointed Palm Springs Home

The house itself was lovely. It came fully stocked with the necessities (although a ridiculous amount of baking pans), it was clean (and I am very picky), all appliances were new, there was plenty of space for 3 couples, and the property managers were very responsive. The only downside I can say is the neighborhood is transitional and if is directly under the airport take off path. Fortunately, the planes are infrequent and stop at about 10pm. It would be a great place for a family to enjoy the pool and the space. Not super close to down town.

CASA DE ARCOS

The location of Casa De Arcos was perfect. Everything was within a 10-15 minute drive that we needed(convention center, downtown palm springs). Grocery stores were within 5 minutes of the house which made it super easy when needing to run out for groceries. The backyard set up was very nice and perfect for relaxing but also enjoying the pool and bbq. Our stay included cheer moms and athletes and we both enjoyed the layout of the house and the open concept of the kitchen and living room. The property management was super quick to respond and very accommodating to our needs. Would definitely recommend and would stay at this property again.

Great Holiday stay!

we spent 10 days at this house over the Christmas holiday and LOVED it! its very comfy and cozy and we really enjoyed the family room and fireplace. The pool and spa were the perfect temperature and worked great. we had our two little dogs with us and they played in the grassy area next to the pool patio. The communication with the management company was prompt and the service was professional. this house is a good option if you want to be comfortable but spread out a bit.

Family Get Away

Six of us stayed here for a spur of the moment get away and it was just what we wanted. Quiet neighborhood, but close to the action. Clean and comfortable with everything we needed to cook. The backyard oasis was where we lived - it was really nice. We had trouble getting the lock-box to release when we first arrived, and couldn't figure out how to adjust the hot tub temperature, but the support team quickly resolved both issues. Overall great experience.

Great Property, Awful Customer Service, No Compensation for Issues

We had 2 situations needing customer service in our 3-day rental & were 100% disappointed. 1st, there was a mechanical issue with the spa within hrs of checking in. When trying to heat spa, it completely drained – making it unusable for more than 1/3 our rental. Multiple calls & texts (including picture of the empty hot tub) went unanswered except for “working with local team” & “the local team has been contacted.” When they did respond it was not helpful: “use the code to change the temperature” & “read the welcome packet at the front door.” 2 hours after the issue was reported, I received a text the pool guy would come the next day “in the morning” & no time could be shared. The pool guy had no clue there was an issue; only scheduled to clean pool. A call with Grand Welcome netted “we contacted the local company & have no information”. Finally, they texted pool guy was on his way & it would be a quick fix. After determining not a quick fix, he showed us how to manually change the pump because it had to be replaced. Mgmt Co sent a text to assure we did steps “no further damage to the equipment” happened! The 2nd morning, pool guy showed up unannounced & told us to vacate the yard. After 2 hrs, the manual way we were instructed to change the heat was no longer an option. I inquired if the heat was fixed & again “we are inquiring with our local team”. I did ask about compensation for spa – no response. 2nd issue, they double charged dog fee. No refunds for either!

Fantastic home in Palm Springs

Really great home with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. Pool and spa are amazing! As you can see by the map of the property, it lies right in the flight line of PSP. So if occasional airplane noise bothers you, this probably isn’t the house for you. It didn’t bother us! We love being close to downtown PS. Great home!
