This place has really gone downhill. We’ve stayed here multiple times in the past but wow…we won’t be back. Cockroach in the room, dirty washclothes, 2 of the pools were out of service, staff was rude and unhelpful, shower wouldn’t hold it’s temperature, ice machine broke, kids ran around all night in the room above us so it’s like constant noise. The only good thing was the food at the Sunshine cafe was good. To top it off, my mom’s car got sideswiped during the night… the staff was not helpful with that either. Just horrible all the way around.

The staff was wonderful. The cafe food was delicious. The Gift Shop was very nice. The pools and jacuzzis were absolutely awesome. This is an older hotel but our room was clean and we had coffee, microwave, mini fridge, towels and a nice tv.

The pools were nice. Staff in bar and restaurant were exceptionally friendly. The outside property is a mess. Unkept and trashy. The walkways to rooms are tattered and ripped. First impression pulling up is scary but once inside its ok.

The ice machine was broken. The bed was very uncomfortable. There was hair in the sink. Upon arrival in our room and one of the pool spas was not even being filtered. It was broken property definitely needs upgraded.
