Basic hotel. Busy area and many rooms have noise potential with traffic, service trucks or pickle ball. Good central location. Included breakfast was good. Refrigerator and AC in rooms were glitchy. Suite room layout is good. Extra fee for parking seems off as the parking is plentiful.

Great convenient location. Parking is a rip off at $15 per day! Rooms are old but partially remodeled. Elevator made horrible noises and needs service.

Shower was dripping all night- floor wet, refrigerator in room did not work, horrible smell, no second blankets for the pull out couch bed, which I couldn’t use because they were springs, slept on couch instead of pull out- worst was going to breakfast and all the pans were empty, long line of 20 to have omelette made- came back in 20 mins still no food in food warmers. Left with out eating breakfast- very disappointing for a Hilton~ Embassy Suites. Would not stay there ever again.

Property was rather run down. Could certainly do with a renovation. I was paying quite a high rate too. Staff on the front desk were not very helpful or positive which is unusual for Americans. I felt rather unwelcome. Wish I has stayed somewhere else.

Overpriced dirty room

Service was great, however room is in terrible condition. Carpet is in bad shape, couch had stains all over it, we had to ask house keeper for sheets to put over the couch in order to sit on it. Bathroom was very bad shape, visible mold and holes around shower and faucets. Air conditioning unit rattled and filters looks disgusting, needs to be changed out. Bed is very uncomfortable as well. Positive note is that they have free hot breakfast and omelet bar and is near a lot of food options by tennis center. Embassy suits needs to do better in fixing up their properties to provide better rooms for the price we paid for.

Was a very nice place to stay for the big PNB Tennis going on as there was a free shuttle across the street to take to the tournament. They also had 2 free complementary drinks each evening and snacks. Loved having a suite rather than a small room since there was 3 of us. Would definitely stay here again!

I have already reviewed this hotel…..I’ll not be back. I needed til leave a day early and was told it wasn’t possible….no refunds. Also no tv……no plates and silverware for all the food you sell in the lobby. Your front desk seemed very uncomfortable about answering any questions, I’ve used hotels.com many times…….this is the worst!

The bathtub in my first room wouldn’t close and the ac wouldn’t turn off. Receptionist reluctantly switched my room. There was a used bar of soap in the shower and rust around the faucet along with dirty grout and cracked tile.

Courtyard was very nice. Room was in extremely rough condition. Was charged $399 for an extra three hour late checkout after one of us got sick two days prior. Horrible management polices. This was after we were told they would charge $25 an hour after 1:00. We checked out at 3:45. Shame on them, Hilton, and the franchisees

We have stayed at many Embassy Suites over the years but I would say this one was the worst. Outside it’s very nice. Our room, on the other hand, was not very nice and needed repairs. Asked at 7 in the morning to get several things fixed never got done!. Finally got another room, had to move all our stuff. Would not stay there again.
