Travelocity, you missed this by a mile.This place is a dump! The greeting by the host was good. The room stunk like an OLD cheap (OVERPRICED) motel, which it is. My room was on the 1st first floor and I could hear every step the guests made above me, not to mention, I could hear EVERYTHING that went on in the bathroom above. The Vinyl ( LVP to be exact NOT wood as described in their over reaching website) was broken and filthy like a run down 7/11 gas station. It seems like they thought painting the place was the answer? Nothing but lipstick on a pig! For just south of $300.00 for the night I felt taken!

When we arrived ,no one answered the doorbell that you ring to get in. When we were about to pull away, a young man came running out. When we went to our room, there was an orange cabinet and the handle fell off when we tried to open it. The bed and bathroom were ok.

Cute 1960's hotel with a very nice pool - check in was great ample parking a bit of a hike to downtown - breakfast vouchers for Rick's was great and Coffee machine is ready at anytime in the lobby - as for the room needs to be updated - mattress was not great and the shower water pressure was like being in a 3rd world just awful water was either hot or cold - repipe the building

This is quite possibly the most underrated property in Palm Springs. Experiences from check-in, the stay, and check out were perfect. The staff was very friendly, I believe the owners were on site as well, making sure everything was in tiptop shape. The room was clean and amenities were sufficient. There was ample parking spaces and also a free electric vehicle charging station. I would most definitely choose to stay on this property again.
