This is a 1950s-ish motel that was clean and with an excellent staff. The room was made up each day with fresh towels and the bed looked each day as it did the first. The motel is not luxurious but it is comfortable. Breakfasts at Rick’s down the street is very good and the menu has lots to choose. The premises felt secure with licking outside fates and the motel front parking worked great.

This is an awesome place with an old Palm Springs mid-century modern vibe. Friendly hosts, clean rooms and property, relaxing and inviting pool area, unique rooms, comfortable beds. We had such a great experience just passing through Palm Springs on a road trip that we stayed again on our way back home. If you want to get away from a corporate-owned hotel and experience a unique and lovingly cared for hotel, this is the place for you.

Employees were super helpful in arranging for my late arrival after their front desk would be closed. The room was comfortable but as it is an older hotel there are steps into the bathroom, Bedroom floor is crooked and the air conditioning is noisy. USB charging and cordless charging in room did not work properly. The bed was very comfy and appreciated the fluffy towels! Enjoyed the included breakfast at Rick’s Restaurant.

The floor in our room was very dirty; I walked in bare feet for a while after we arrived and my were black. The mat in the shower, when moved, revealed a dirty shower floor. The staff were nice enough but there is seemingly no one on site to address issues. The ice machine was out of order, and the pool needed to be skimmed.
