Room was clean and staff was friendly until we had a complaint and then they wouldn’t help us. We could hear a large dog barking all night, someone smoked weed and it fumigated our room so bad we had to stay awake at 3am with the door open for an hour just to air it out and we had little kids with us. I’m so disappointed they did nothing to make our experience better. Told us we have no proof of the smoke. It was the worst night. Walls must be very thin. Can hear everything so if you want a good nights rest this is not the place to go.

Love this hotel, they did an amazing job updating everything. Our room was so comfortable and appreciated the Le Labo products. We had breakfast in the restaurant on site. Super cute and great service. My only let down is we ordered food at the pool the day before. It wasn’t that busy and I had to ask where the food was 20 minutes later. Our original person we ordered from left, new person was unaware we ordered. She had to go find our food which was luke warm now and you can tell the salad sat there for a while. $60 and I even tipped. Disappointed. Overall a nice stay.

I loved the room!Having the teapot was amazing and I loved having a yoga mat in the room. I fell in love with the shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion.I felt like I was at a spa retreat. The staff was super nice and helpful and it was a calm vibe with excitement as well. The music was really nice and the pool was beautiful

The property is sorely understaffed. We tried to get housekeeping to come three times with no success. I finally had to go ask for towels and toilet paper. The restaurant is very understaffed. Overall the service is poor.
