1 Bdrm/2Bath condo with den near shopping, hiking and golf in S. Palm Springs. This is a ground floor unit in a nice, quiet, gated complex with 2 pools and spas. Taquitz golf course down the block. Walk to Vons, Target and Trader Joe's. It has a large master and bath with high ceilings and two flat screen TV's. Cable and WiFi included. Small washer and dryer in unit with a laundromat across the street, as well.

Good Location, Clean unit, Nice Host

The property manager met us on time and allowed us an early move-in. The unit was very clean with cable TV and fast Internet. This was a very large 1 bedroom with a small open den. I think this sleeps 2 comfortably, maybe 3 in the den if a child. The host was friendly and easy to deal with and the location was good and within a 5 minute easy walk to Von’s grocery store. It also has an assigned covered parking spot. Would definitely stay here again.

Renting of property was excellent. We would love to go this complex again, but not to # 4. If there was a chance to rent units 47,36,37 we would love that. Let us know please. Pavel and Ludmila Matousek

Conveniently located quiet apartment

We enjoyed our month in this large clean 1 bedroom apartment. Large bedroom with full bathroom in addition to a 2nd full bathroom. Comfy couch and big living room. 2 TV's . Owner responded to any enquiries quickly. Only part we did not like was kitchen is quite sparsely outfitted - very few utensils, and nothing to cook with in the oven. Convenient location to grocery store, bus to downtown and to several golf courses. Close to the pool and hot tub which were well maintained.

Not clean or comfortable

Pictures of the place must have been old; a couple of blinds were broken and the lr chairs were grimy and spotted. Bed was lumpy, fold-down couch was too hard for even my granddaughters to use. Even the filter in the fridge was years out of date. Bizarre art on most of the walls. Great pet friendly neighborhood, otherwise not a good place.
