If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, and dogs should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may disturb neighbors. Please note: Dogs are not allowed in the pool. Pool heater: The pool requires a lot of natural gas to heat, so using this will incur a daily fee of $125 (Plus Tax). This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request it.
Hot Tub: The hot tub is included in your nightly rate and can be easily heated using the backyard controls. Please allow up to 2 hours for it to reach 100-102°F, depending on the outside temperature. If you’d like the hot tub warmed up before your arrival, feel free to message us in advance, and we’ll be happy to turn it on for you!
Desert Living: This home, like many in Palm Springs, is located in the desert, so it`s natural for sand to be around. On windy days, some sand and leaves may blow into the pool. While our pool cleaners do their best to keep it clear, there may occasionally be some debris in the water. We provide skimmers for your convenience if you`d like to remove any leaves or sand yourself.
Weekly Maintenance: Our new gardener and pool cleaner visit the property weekly to ensure everything stays clean and well-maintained throughout your stay. The pool cleaner comes only on Mondays and Thursdays, and the gardener comes on Thursdays. They will access the property through the side gate and should not disturb you during your stay.
Notice About Guest Requirements for Palm Springs Properties: Please be aware that under the regulations of the City of Palm Springs — including Ordinance No. 2075 — all guests are required to sign a “Rules & Regulations” document prior to arrival. This is the perfect Palm Springs home. The pool and backyard are exquisite. The house set up is great with two suites on either side of the house for privacy. The other two bedrooms are roomy and share a great bathroom. The kitchen is open to the living and dining room and lead right out to the outdoor seating and grill. The game room with the flamingo bathroom are super fun and provided us with some 80s nostalgia. We even found a new game on the game shelf that we bought for home. Easy check in and everything is in great working order. Host was very kind and communicative. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip. Oh, and the salt water pool is A. Quick drive up the street to groceries and quick access to downtown.

This property is gorgeous, well-stocked, and in a lovely (safe, quiet) community. Backyard is fenced in, pool was heated, plenty of pool accessories. The house has anything you could need for a vacation (plenty of towels, bathroom items, kitchen equipment and appliances). Decor is immaculate. Host was very kind and communicative. My family had a great time and we would definitely stay here again.
