The room was in good condition overall, but the plumbing could use a little attention. In Room 208, the drainage system isn't functioning as well as it should. The water in the bathtub drains slowly, so during showers, our feet were almost submerged. Even a few minutes after finishing, the water was still draining slowly. It might be helpful to have the plumbing checked to improve the experience. Otherwise, the staff and amenities are great! Thank you!

Great room and view of beautiful pool area. Two pools and two jacuzzis. Plenty of room to sit or use cabanas. No breakfast but self serve Starbucks is available for free. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to many things in PS.

Loved the salt water and fresh water pool. Would have liked to use them after 10 pm though, as i like to swim at night. Nice to be able to use Amazon Prime, Tubi, and Netflix in the room. One downside was slippery shower - was no anti slip device in there, wven thought it looked like there was.

I loved this hotel! However, it is eye opening when you travel with a disabled person. I never would have noticed that this older building has narrow sloped walkways, not enough benches, and a 1-in threshold at the doors. The pools were fantastic and decore so cool! It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable and staff friendly. They could improve by offering a continental breakfast and a laundry. I will stay here again in the future!

I'll be as objective as I possible can. The property was great, room is a good sleeping place. Location is awesome, little away from high transit street but close enough to all services and commercial places. California hotels are not the best in USA, therefore I'm picky in what I'm looking for, specially smoke free rooms; in this place everything was ok, but we found few roaches in the room, which was a huge disappointment. I liked the fact that I could sign in at the TV set in the room, so I can watch my own stuff (Netflix, YouTube, Prime, etc.) The vent outlet at the bathroom was clogged with debris, tree leaves, spiderwebs and dead insects. other than that, I recommend this property if you are looking for a quiet place to sleep, and feel safe about your car staying in the parking lot.
