The floor was dirty, full of hair. When we went to the pool, the pool was not hot, it should have been 85 degrees. The jacuzzis were cold. There were no towels in the pool. We asked for an extra bathrobe and they told us that the hotel only gave one. When my reservation was for two people, they refused to give us another bathrobe. I had to bathe with cold water, there was no hot water. It is the worst hotel. I do not recommend it.

The water is nice

I wish I had more time to enjoy this place. Two different pools & two hot tub spas along with several loungers & cabanas. Well maintained pool area with good water temperatures. Friendly staff & plenty of parking. Very comfortable bed in renovated room.

Tried to check in early so we could drop our bags at the front desk. They refused to let us complete the check in process early and would not let us leave luggage with them. What kind of hotel doesn’t let you leave luggage with them? They also refused to call us when our room was ready. The front desk clerk was extremely unhelpful. The room itself is decent. Clean. Plenty of towels. Lots of good restaurants nearby.

Extremely comfortable bed. Very nice staff at check in. Bathroom could use some upgrades. Provided slippers and robe we did not use but appreciated the thought. Also appreciated water bottles and coffee station in room. Very convenient location. Would stay again.

We like coffee in the morning & evening. They ran out of cream for 3 days. Someone should have gone to get some. The room was nice. The pools are gorgeous, but freezing. Not heated. The hot tubs are fantastic though. Overall we loved our stay here. Friendly staff, beautiful pool area.

I don’t recommend

On first glance this property looks great, then you realize it is lipstick on a pig. The hotel is old and run down. The air conditioning unit is so old an noisy it was hard to sleep. Furniture is cheap and wobbly. Due to poor renovations, my boyfriend got stuck in bathroom, when I went to the office to report this, the response was “ are you kidding “ It took over 30 minutes to get him out. They had to remove the door nib and shave down the door, which left sawdust everywhere, it was not cleaned up When I checked out, I wanted to make sure we didn’t get blamed for the damage, the woman at the front desk laughed and said they knew all about it. I was not offered an apology or any adjustment on the over priced room.

Very clean though some areas need remodeling. The pool is excellent- heated pool, warm enough for winter. There’s a small gym just enough for a quick workout. The price is very affordable!
