rude employees almost denied me the room because of overbooking. dirty showers. i can’t see the pool from my POOL VIEW room i paid extra for.

This is a very nice and comfortable hotel. The only thing I didn’t like is they don’t provide blankets. Turning the heater on in leu of blankets isn’t so healthy especially as we were still breathing contaminated air from the fires! I had to turn the heater off once I contacted the front desk so they could provide blankets. It was very cold in Palm Springs when I was there.

Loved almost everything about this property. The room was clean and the property was well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative was a smell that infiltrated our room. It took 2 days to figure it out but I finally found the source; the sink drain. A smell was coming up the plumbing. I reported it and staff said they would take care of it. I would stay here again.

Floor was dirty because socks had blonde hair on the, I have a buzz cut and white/brown hair. Found two contacts stuck on the side of shower wall and when wiping up the floor after a shower, towel was black from the dirt.

The AC and Heater was very noisy. Everytime it turned on it, it sound like someone was walking to the door and knocking on it. So everytime it kicked in, I woke up throughout the night. Will not return to this location

Great pool area. Good location close to bike trails. Rooms are small and need some updating. Would be nice if they added a coin op laundry in with their ice machine. Workout room needs a tv. And they need some bike racks to lock up bikes at night. Staff very good.

The room was clean and relaxing. Quiet and peaceful area. Restaurants were walking distance from the Hotel. I didn't get a chance to use the pool but it sure looked welcoming..

Super nice and friendly staff! The rooms are modern and the bed was comfortable. My room had a hard floor as in no carpet, but this was fine. I am glad I had my slippers with me. The neighborhood felt very safe and I'm a solo female traveler. They have two large pools and two hot tubs that are very clean and well maintained. There are refrigerators in the rooms but no microwaves -- but there is one down in the small snack area near the front desk. There is an ice machine. There were always plenty of parking spots open when I was there. There is a nice restaurant nearby that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner with a very large variety on their menu. It's 0.2 miles away so it's a walkable distance if you want, but I always drove there. I would definitely stay here again.
