Greenhouse West is a one-level gated community with beautiful grounds, stunning mountain views, 2 heated pools, in-ground spa and a tennis court. The central location is next to the Movie Colony, a 15-minute walk to downtown Palm Springs, the uptown district, shops, bars and restaurants, Nearby you'll also find a casino, art museum, movie theatres, hiking trails and golf courses.
The condos 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are on opposite ends, providing additional privacy. All the living spaces are tastefully decorated ensuring our guests enjoy comfort and relaxation.
The private patio is serene and peaceful, the perfect spot for a meal, reading a book, or to admire the hummingbirds dropping in for a visit. Enchanting with a mix of desert plants, blooming flowers, and a fountain, sit back and enjoy the sunshine.

Alfredo and Bruce were awesome both in communication ahead of our stay and during. Quick response to questions and was very thoughtful of them for providing a welcome bag. We stayed a month and found the kitchen and linens were very well stocked. Absolutely loved the patio, its privacy, beauty with flowers, trees and a fountain and bonus of hummingbirds! Plus the grounds are absolutely beautiful, enjoyed the pools and the hot tub. All the residence we met were very friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect. We joined a gym for the month and it was only a 15 minute walk, there were charging stations for our electric car within 8 minutes and downtown was 15-20 minutes walk plus the movie colony neighborhood was just across the street which we enjoyed strolling in each morning. We have already reserved for next year!

Just as described

Our stay at the “oasis in the desert” met all our expectations. Upon arrival check-in was easy and the unit was just as described. The kitchen was well stocked with a few necessities and spices and the welcome package was much appreciated! Downtown Palm Springs, the convention centre and casino are all within easy walking distance. Our hosts, Alfredo and Bruce, were available and quickly responded when contacted. The grounds including the two pools and hot tub were very well maintained but the outstanding part of this rental is the patio of the unit. If you are looking for an oasis in the desert you have found it on this patio.

We really enjoyed our 431 Hermosa stay this past January. The condo is lovely, and the patio is a perfect place to relax. Our hosts were kind and responsive in every respect.
