This property was very centrally located, however, it was quiet and not noisy. Like other properties. We have stayed in downtown Palm Springs. The room was very clean, although it was quite dark. Other than that everything was wonderful I would highly recommend to stay here for family or couples and very dog friendly also

This property is centrally located in the middle of Downtown Palm Springs!! Everything is only a few blocks away. We celebrated my cousins birthday and the staff was fantastic. Jane at the front desk was amazing. Very cheery and sweet. Steps away from the pool. We didn’t have to drive anywhere. When I come back to Palm Springs I’ll definitely look to rebook here. You should too, you won’t be disappointed! Clean rooms and clean property!

The place was very quiet. We were there 4/25-4/27. Hardly anyone around. Only 1 block behind Palm Canyon Blvd shops and restaurants. The pool was clean and warm, the jacuzzi clean as well. We didn’t interact with staff other than at check in, they were ok, doing there job….not overly welcoming. The rooms have been updated but they forgot the bathrooms, ours still had old flooring and older dark granite slabs on shower walls with a bathtub, toilet seat needed replacing. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Would stay again.

Tremendous find! Welcoming hotel with everything you need and more. The property and room was spotless. Friendly helpful staff and amazing location. Many nice touches including coffee every morning in the lobby! The shuttle to and from the airport is amazing. I can't wait to return.

Absolutely horrendous nowhere in the description did it say you had to be 21 to check in and after I paid $380 when I got to the hotel I couldn’t check in because Expedia poor description and then the lack of professionalism and customer service from the hotel itself Lead me to not be able to get my $380 back so now I’m going through my bank to dispute the whole thing because of Expedia, lack of professionalism and poor customer service as well as the hotels.

Thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay at Palm Mountain Resort. The location is perfect if you want to stay in the DTPS area. The grounds are well maintained with plenty of green space for walking our dogs. Enjoyed the spa services as well. We will definitely be back.

We love the location of the resort. It’s very close to shopping and restaurants. The pool was great. Tiffanie was working the front desk when we checked in and she got us into a room before our check in time. She was amazing. We were told we were not going to get room service every day but when we did not, we asked for extra coffee or clean towels, and they brought them to us. We did see, however, that when housekeeping came that they did not put fresh sheets on, even though they made the bed. And they either made the bed and left the towels or gave us fresh towels, and did not make the bed. That seemed a little odd. But we don’t require a lot. The resort is a fun place to stay and I recommend it. If you don’t have a car, it’s very close to the main restaurant and shopping area of Palm Springs. We also loved getting their bikes and riding through Las Palmas. We would love to go back. Oh and the resort dog , Max is the best too.
