If you're here doing business at the Palm Springs Convention Center you are within walking distance of that too!

This immaculate condo is located in the Plaza Villas condominium complex. This unit was just completely redone. The fully stocked kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances and cabinetry. The living room is designer done with comfortable furniture and a large flat screen TV. There is also a dining room space for those quiet meals in.

The bedroom has a large comfortable king size bed and a second flat screen TV. The bathroom is all new with designer tiles and cabinetry and comes fully stocked. There is also a cozy outdoor patio for relaxing while enjoying breathtaking mountain views. Plaza Villas boasts 2 resort like heated pools, spas, tennis courts, and perfectly mannecured grounds. Plaza Villas is a completely smoke free complex. No smoking, vaping or e-cigs are allowed in the unit or anywhere on the property. We loved everything about this condo! Wonderful location, which was within easy walking distance to the restaurants in downtown PS and across the street from the Casino. It was spotless, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The property manager, Clark, was very communicative and so pleasant to work with. We highly recommend staying here and hope to return.

Perfect option in Downtown Palm Springs
