I loved my stay at Ramona Villas in this classic, mid-century complex. Great pool, clubhouse and gym. The unit is centrally located within walking distance to downtown and to a nearby grocery and drugstore. The spacious unit has a lovely private patio with a bountiful grapefruit tree in season and while it doesn’t offer in-suite laundry the complex laundry room is directly across the way. Best of all the owners are easily available and quick to respond to any concerns or queries. I can’t wait to return!

This place is perfect!

I booked this home for my relocation to Palm Springs with my two dogs, I was basically sold on the photo of the fenced yard. My first impression was that the listing photos didn't do this home justice, it was larger than I had expected and the private back yard made both the dogs super happy. I couldn't wait for the pink grapefruit to get ripe; they didn't disappoint. The host was super responsive and extremely helpful with advice about Palm Springs, the home and amenities in the complex. The complex is very friendly and extremely well maintained. The laundry facilities, club house and pool are very well maintained and couldn't be more easy accessible, they are right across the drive. I was ridiculously happy that I could pay to use the laundry with an app instead of quarters. The location is perfect, everything you could need is very close by. We loved this place, and you will too.
