We feel this condo is significantly overpriced for what it offers.Our request for an alternate viewing apt. went unanswered. As a result, we were left to book the rental based solely on online photos This early breakdown in communication proved indicative of the level of support from the management we experienced throughout our stay.When entering the unit we were met with an overpowering musty odor. Without meaningful guidance or assistance from management, we attempted to address the issue ourselves but the persistent smell was too severe to eliminate with opened windows over-the-counter solutions. While we do appreciate that the management company responded promptly to repair a toilet, other issues were not addressed thus requiring our own intervention. The unit itself is overcrowded, with an excess of mismatched furniture and belongings that made it difficult to move around or settle in comfortably. The beds were not comfortable, further impacted by multiple layers of protective coverings, along with worn linens and bath rugs. The kitchen was similarly overstocked with equipment, leaving limited space for groceries or practical day-to-day use.We were also surprised to find that laundry facilities were shared and required payment, which felt inconsistent with the overall price point of the rental.That said, we did enjoy the location, the terrace and pool areas. These were the highlights of the stay.We hope this feedback is helpful to future guests and the management
