First off, Jamie at the front desk was awesome and super helpful. The room's bedroom blind was not opening properly upon arrival, but he had someone from maintenance up there to repair quickly. As for the room, very spacious and nicely decorated. Since it was the presidential, I believe it needed some TLC and should be the best of all rooms. We have stayed here before in a different room and really love the The Twist because of the location, rooms, staff & pool, so we thought we would like to try an upgrade this trip. Like any hotel, some things are controllable & some not...The outside patio, although large enough for a party of 20 & a real bonus, should have been sprayed down and cleaned before we arrived. Lastly, the shower was really nice in design and size, had a little too much mold growth. Easy fix by cleaning & regrout. Definitely a great hotel and we'll stay here again, hopefully the small details get addressed on the next trip.

Loved the room. It was a one bedroom apartment. Super roomy. Fully equipped kitchen. Great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice pool, bikes available to borrow. The Saffron restaurant was wonderful. The coffee shop was great too. Our room could have used a little attention - some new carpet and a little paint would go a long way.

Had a fantastic time! The superior studio is very spacious and well-designed. Jamie at the desk/on the phone is so kind and helpful. There's a great coffee shop and restaurant and bar all on the same corner. Loved using the heated pool and the hot tub. Would recommend staying here to anyone!
