Wonderful Hotel
This hotel is beautiful. Nice amenities. Comfortable bed. Its very close to Agua Caliente Casino that we went to see a concert at. And went back the next morning to go to the Steakhouse Sunday brunch which was fabulous. The hotel had wonderful areas to sit when you get back for a cocktail if your not ready to retire to your room. This was an adult trip. But we all said if you have kids boy do they have alot of stuff for families to do. Great place to stay..and Im retired and travel alot.

The staff was great. The property needs a major renovation. Our room looked old and the dust in some areas was piling up. Our first night my son went to the bathroom and found a cockroach on the sink. This is not what a 4 star property looks like.

Stayed at the Westin with my family of 7! The amenities were awesome! The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The Heavenly beds were heavenly!! The arcade and water slides were a hit with our children! Will definitely stay here again!

Big family resort. Rooms are large. Everything is quite dated. Our beds were not properly made the first night. No mattress cover and mattress was showing. We complained and they rectified and gave us room credit. Expect a somewhat dated resort but we liked it and would stay there again at the right price
