Great stay however an incident at the adult only pool soured my time there. I felt security could have done a better job diffusing the situation and removed all parties from the pool area.

The resort is very nice and family friendly. However, while waiting for our room we spent time by the pool. When the room was ready, we went to check in and they gave us a room by the pool area we were at. Unfortunately there was loud yelling and screaming the entire time at one of the rooms by the pool. Mgt never addressed it as my husband also mentioned as did others that something was going on in that room in building 12. I asked the front desk not to put us in building 12 as it was going to be troublesome to hear all the noise. He stated there were no rooms overlooking the pool at the property and that would be the only room. We paid for a pool view but ended up at a parking lot facing room because Mgt couldn’t control the folks in building 12. Very disappointing!
