Room was immaculate with comfortable bed, pillows and quality linen and towels. Hot shower and spacious, quiet room. Breakfast was exceptional really set you up for the day. Staff were brilliant both in reception and during breakfast and had maps and local information etc. Less than a minute to the local bus stop (number 47 into town, 46 return) or you can enjoy a 45 minute walk along the prom to the old town. Would stay here again.

Lovely accommodation on the hill

Very lovely accommodation, spacious with a balcony. Breakfast had a nice selection. About 4kms from the city centre, so not the closest location in terms of walking, but plenty of buses (bus no. 4, 20 & 46) taking about 22 mins, costing €2. 1.5 km walk to the awesome medieval castle "Castell de Bellver". Please note, the pool is closed during the off season.

Pleasant hotel in interesting hilly urban area

Pleasant hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool, which also had a lifeguard there in the pool opening hours, something I haven't seen on other hotels. The room was clean and relatively modern, with good aircondition. We were a bit unlucky with the view, basically looking straight into a concrete wall, but we did chose the cheapest type of room, so you get what you pay for I guess. The area around the hotel is interesting. Is kind of a steep urban area, with lot of stairs and hills, but cozy in its own way, different than the "charter areas" other places around Palma. There is a bus right outside the hotel going to the city centre. We had a pleasurable and fun stay here.

Dog friendly? Not on the price

Had booked 3 days.be aware that the hotel is on the top of a hill, so even close to the harbor you have to take several hundred stair steps from harbor to hotel. Only limited parking slots and they are suited for a fiat500 and not family cars. They claim to be pet friendly but a 20Euro/day is just too pricy when you have booked several days (60 euro is a high price for extra end cleaning after the stay).
