The hotel offered self checkin. It was disturbing that the hotel had no staff during my stay. The TV remoto did not work nor did the coffee pot.

Great location and size of the room. It was new and well maintained. Since there is no reception, we had some difficulties checking in. Also, the bathroom has no door and is open plan with the bedroom.

The apartment was clean but it missed some important details, there was no hair dryer and no shampoo for the shower. It was not told beforehand so we were a little surprised. The kitchen/living room table was not very comfortable to use and one of the lamps was not working. On the other hand, the bedrooms were fine and the pillow was great!!

The location here is excellent, just north of the cathedral in the old town. The interior is finished to a high standard and the staff are really helpful. Some of the tv channels weren’t working but other than that a fantastic place to stay.

It has a great central location - easy walking distance to Cathedral and dozens of restaurants and shops nearby. The rooms are spacious, clean & modern. But being a small boutique, reception seems to be one woman who speaks excellent English. The outside door may be locked when you arrive. Just knock. Drop off is in the plaza. Walk about 120 ft down the pedestrianized street.

Incredible location, large suite

I stayed at Hotel Bosch with my two young kids last week. It was wonderful! The location can't be beat. We were in the Clasica suite, a 2-bedroom apartment, and it was very spacious and comfortably decorated. I appreciated that someone was available most of the day to assist with storing our bags (we arrived before check-in and wanted to sightsee), arrange for airport transfer, etc. When I had an after hours question, the phone was immediately answered and I was kindly helped. We would absolutely return here for a future trip, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Palma!
