Viel kleiner und unbequem

Statt 35 qm sind es nicht mal 25. Die -gute- Dusche ist mitten im Raum neben dem Bett. Ein "Badezimmer" gibt es nicht, nur eine Toilette von ca. einem Quadratmeter, zu erreichen über 5 schmale Treppenstufen und nur 1,70 m hoch. Da ein Deckenbalken noch darunter ist, kommen Menschen mit einer Körpergröße vom1,50 klar...Die Lage ist super und für sportliche junge Menschen ist diese "Tiny-House-Wohnung" vielleicht o.k. Mehr Ehrlichkeit wäre korrekt!!

Amazing location

The appartment is not big, but it was super clean and the area around is super nice! It has also a really good bus connection to everywhere, which was usefull as I came to Palma for a congress! I would defenitely book it again.

Piccolo loft in grande posizione!

Piccolo monolocale ad un passo da tutto, nel centro del quartiere La Lonja. Ideale per visitare il centro storico, perfetto per bar e taperie nella zona della Lonja, ottimo anche per i bar e locali della zona di Santa Catalina. L'interno è studiato al cm, molto compatto (forse troppo) e nuovo. L'unico neo è la mancanza del climatizzatore che può essere un problema nei giorni con molta umidità. È comunque presente un ventilatore a soffitto. Ottima anche la presenza della lavatrice. Il proprietario è puntuale e preciso. (Chiedete a lui eventuali vostre esigenze). Per chi raggiunge la città in auto, i primi parcheggi gratuiti sono al di là dell' avenida Comte de Barcelona. Quelli a pagamento più vicini, hanno orari a fasce orarie gratis/pagamento abbastanza comode. Il pregio più grande è che in un minuto a piedi c'è arte, cultura, gastronomia classica e moderna, supermercato, shopping, divertimento, forni tipici, yoga, noleggio di bici..... Tornerò volentieri!
