Charming apartment in the historic centre of Palma

The apartment can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child (up to 14 years old). It has a main bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living area. It should be noted that there is no door separating the bedroom from the living room, as the space is designed as an open-plan environment.
The apartment is located on the third floor of a building without a lift. Due to the building's characteristics and the narrow staircase, we do not recommend this accommodation for elderly people or those with mobility difficulties, nor for families with baby strollers. However, if they decide to book despite this, we can install a cot and high chair upon request at an additional cost of €10/day. If needed, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance.
It is an elegant, quiet and fully equipped dwelling. From the apartment, there are views of a small quiet street in the old town.
Its location is ideal for discovering Palma on foot. It is not necessary to have private transport, as it is just 5-10 minutes walking from some of the main points of interest in the city, such as the Cathedral, Plaza Mayor or Passeig des Born.
The apartment is located in Sa Gerreria, one of the neighbourhoods with the most personality in Palma, highly appreciated both for its location and its authentic atmosphere. In the area, you will find numerous restaurants, bars and cafés frequented mainly by residents, as well as an interesting presence of urban art that provides a special character to the neighbourhood.

Great apartment for mountain climbers!
Great apartment in a convenient location off the most beaten paths. Clean, in great shape but oh the stairs! Straight up to the third floor and the rise (approximately 9 inches+) would never ever meet codes in the USA.
You won’t have to go to the gym after a few times up and down. Really, if you have difficulty climbing stairs absolutely do not stay here. Otherwise, this is a nice place.

No funcionaba el aire acondicionado solo había edredón en una cama en la otra había una simple Sabanita de verano nos freímos de frío por tanto el primer día cuando lo dijimos al dia siguiente nos llevaron otro edredón
Primero te informan del precio del apartamento después te dicen que tienes que pagar también la limpieza 65€ y ya el último día que tienes que pagar 250 € de fianza no es que me parezca mal pero dímelo el primer día caramba

Die Lage und Kommunikation war super. Deutlich zu wünschen ließ die Sauberkeit des Apartments übrig. Der Kühlschrank roch nach Fisch und es befand sich noch reichlich Sand vom Vormieter in der Wohnung.
