The staff was very nice and they were courteous. But there was no elevator in this hotel. The breakfast was good. They had construction going on on the first floor. I had to walk up three flights of stairs with my heavy luggage because they had no elevator. And they had no cable access only local channels no access to YouTube Netflix or prime video. My overall rating for Lago Palmas’s a four out of 10.

O atendimento do hotel é excelente, tanto presencialmente quanto pelo WhatsApp – sempre rápido, atencioso e resolutivo. O café da manhã também é muito bom, com boas opções e tudo fresquinho. Fiquei em um quarto econômico, então não esperava luxo, mas esperava o básico em termos de higiene e manutenção. Nesse ponto, especialmente no banheiro, houve uma certa decepção: havia sinais de sujeira em alguns pontos, a descarga não estava funcionando bem, e havia vazamento de água do registro, o que molhava o vaso sanitário. O ar-condicionado funcionava perfeitamente e o restante do quarto estava limpo, com toalhas e roupas de cama em bom estado. A cama era pequena, mas isso considerei dentro do esperado por se tratar da categoria econômica. Acredito que, com uma atenção maior à limpeza e manutenção do banheiro, a experiência seria bem mais completa.

Boa localização, péssimo conforto.

Boa localização, café da manhã razoável, mas péssimo conforto, hotel com instalações antigas, impossível de ter uma noite de sono adequada, todo o barulho dos quartos vizinhos e principalmente do corredor, são ouvidos dentro do quarto, uma vez que todos os quartos sao voltados para um unico espaço, o hotel deveria melhorar esta questao, com melhor isolamento, ou ao menos orientar os hóspedes a não ficarem conversando alto ou fazendo barulho durante a madrugada nestes espaços, impossivel de dormir!

fiquei nos quartos do fundo. bem simples. rejuntes do banheiro estavam sujos, tv não funcionava, estão em obras (barulho de manha). sem sabonete na pia, só no chuveiro (mas era liquido e pregado na parede). ar condicionado ok.
