The staff was very nice and they were courteous. But there was no elevator in this hotel. The breakfast was good. They had construction going on on the first floor. I had to walk up three flights of stairs with my heavy luggage because they had no elevator. And they had no cable access only local channels no access to YouTube Netflix or prime video. My overall rating for Lago Palmas’s a four out of 10.

A cortina da janela do quarto estava manchada de mofo, pois o ar condicionado fica bem sobre ela. O chuveiro é bom. O hotel disponibiliza shampoo e sabonete diretamente em recipientes dentro do box, o que é muito prático e mais sustentável economicamente. O quarto é pequeno, mas suficiente para um pernoite. O banheiro já é bem apertado, meu marido mede 1,93cm e ao se sentar na privada praticamente não tinha espaço para os braços, entre a pia e o box. O chuveiro é bom. O hotel disponibiliza shampoo e sabonete diretamente em recipientes dentro do box, o que é muito prático e mais sustentável economicamente. O café da manhã é bem servido e o hotel tem uma excelente localização.

O atendimento do hotel é excelente, tanto presencialmente quanto pelo WhatsApp – sempre rápido, atencioso e resolutivo. O café da manhã também é muito bom, com boas opções e tudo fresquinho. Fiquei em um quarto econômico, então não esperava luxo, mas esperava o básico em termos de higiene e manutenção. Nesse ponto, especialmente no banheiro, houve uma certa decepção: havia sinais de sujeira em alguns pontos, a descarga não estava funcionando bem, e havia vazamento de água do registro, o que molhava o vaso sanitário. O ar-condicionado funcionava perfeitamente e o restante do quarto estava limpo, com toalhas e roupas de cama em bom estado. A cama era pequena, mas isso considerei dentro do esperado por se tratar da categoria econômica. Acredito que, com uma atenção maior à limpeza e manutenção do banheiro, a experiência seria bem mais completa.
