The villa features a well-equipped kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, a terrace, four double bedrooms, each with a small workspace, a sauna, two toilets, and shower facilities with two showers.
Upstairs, there is a separate toilet and separate shower. In the lobby, there is an 80cm bed. Downstairs, next to the sauna, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
