Yurts are fantastic and the whole set up is really great! The bathrooms and dining area were spotlessly clean. Pleased to find breakfast included too!

Une escale dépaysante

Nous nous sommes arrĂȘtĂ©s pour une nuit et nous avons bien apprĂ©ciĂ©, l'accueil y a Ă©tĂ© chaleureux et une yourt nous attendait sur un gazon parfait ! Le lieu est calme et reposant. Nous recommandons vivement cet escale.

Nous avons passé un excellent weekend en yourte. Tout était parfait. Yourte propre ainsi que les sanitaires. Les proprietaires sont toujours aussi chaleureux, conviviaux et d'une gentillesse. C est la 2Úme fois que allons à Paluel et ses alentours. Belle digue pour se promener à Veulettes sur Mer et bons restaurants. Je recommande .

TrĂšs dommage... Le prix de la nuitĂ©e Ă©tait dĂ©ja excessif pour un logement sans sanitaire, Ă  la toute fin du mois d’aoĂ»t. AprĂšs avoir rĂ©servĂ© un soir pour le lendemain, j'ai reçu un message de l'hĂŽtel m'indiquant que des frais supplĂ©mentaires s'appliquent si je souhaite des draps et du linge de bain. Cela Ă©tait apparemment indiquĂ© sur le site hotels.com lorsque l'on clique sur "dĂ©tails". Cela augmentait nettement le prix de la nuitĂ©e pour 3 personnes. Ma rĂ©servation Ă©tant non remboursable, j'ai contactĂ© la propriĂ©taire des yourtes. Elle m'a expliquĂ© qu'elle ne pouvait pas annuler elle-mĂȘme sous peine de se voir appliquer des frais (ce que je comprends parfaitement), et m'a suggĂ©rĂ© de contact le service client de hotels.com. L’opĂ©rateur m’a informĂ© qu’il comprenait la raison de mon mĂ©contentement, qu’il allait s’en charger et que je serai remboursĂ© d’ici 3 jours. J’ai alors rĂ©servĂ© un autre hĂŽtel qui nous convenait mieux. J’ai reçu le lendemain un message de Rando-Yourte me disant qu’ils ne voyaient aucune raison de me rembourser, incluant une copie d’écran des petites lignes. Je trouve ce comportement trĂȘs malhonnĂȘte : - Cela va en contradiction de ce que nous avions discutĂ© par tĂ©lĂ©phone - Que l’hĂŽtel pouvait au moins prĂ©voir de me rembourser, quitte Ă  dĂ©duire les frais Ă©ventuellement appliquĂ© par hotels.com - ou au moins me rembourser une partie de la nuitĂ©e, et ne pas me facturer les frais de EUR 35 pour la 3Ăšme personne

Unique and lovely to stay! Friendly owner and spotless facility. Not much going on for children though. But close to the beach!

Je recommande une expérience insolite !

Accueil trĂšs sympathique, endroit insolite, sanitaires trĂšs propres , propriĂ©taire trĂšs accueillant. Bien choisir son lit dans la yourte, certains sont durs d’autres plus moelleux. La yourte Ă©tait trĂšs propre, jardin trĂšs bien entretenu. Je vous conseille vraiment cette expĂ©rience
