I was very disappointed with the hotel staff as son as we walked in. Very unfriendly and rude, never even look at me when speaking to me. Especially the front office middle age lady with dark brown short curly hair. I was asking for help with transportation to another town and she was very short then told me to go to the bus stop and ask. I asked for a bottle water and they told me to go get it at the store across the street. The housekeeping staff smoked in the hall way and stairways so the whole hotel smells horrible. I fell as if they didn’t want to deal with us Americans. Will never come back to this hotel again. I’ll take my American’s money and spent it some where else.

My room was impeccably clean and offered a stunning view of the bustling streets below, allowing me to feel a part of the festival even when relaxing in my room. The service was exceptional. They provided excellent recommendations for local dining and activities, which greatly enhanced my stay. Their hospitality truly made me feel at home amidst the festival’s excitement.
