Goa Tourism Development Corporation - accommodation in Panaji

We had a wonderful stay at the Taj Horizon. Initially I thought I should have gone further South but once we got yo the Hotel it is a perfect location. The staff was incredible and there was always someone wanting to know how the stay was going and if they could assist with anything to make the stay even more comfortable. It was so nice of the hotel to also provide packed hot breakfast for three of us for our early morning departure. I’ve lived in USA 40+ years and stayed at many nice hotels but nothing compares to the hospitality and service you get in India. Hat’s off to all the staff at mostly all Hotels. The breakfast teams were great and so was the dinner buffet and staff. Thank you for the wonderful stay and hope to come again to Goa and stay once more in the Sea face rooms!

I would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere appreciation for Suchita, our personal butler at the Grand Hyatt Goa. Having stayed at a number of luxury hotels over the years, I can confidently say that it is individuals like Suchita who truly make a five-star experience memorable. From her warm and welcoming personality to her exceptional professionalism, attentiveness and genuine care, Suchita has been absolutely outstanding. Nothing has ever felt like too much trouble, and her willingness to go above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness has been remarkable. What makes Suchita particularly special is that her hospitality feels genuine and personal rather than simply part of her job. She has a wonderful ability to make guests feel valued, looked after and completely at ease. I sincerely hope the senior management team at Grand Hyatt Goa recognises and rewards Suchita for her exceptional dedication and commitment to guest satisfaction. Employees like her are a tremendous asset to the hotel and are one of the main reasons guests choose to return. Suchita, thank you for your kindness, dedication and for making our stay so special. You are an absolute credit to the Grand Hyatt brand, and we wish you every success in your career. A truly exceptional individual who deserves the highest recognition!

We love staying at the Goa Marriott at Miramar. Very conveniently located, great amenities, good sumptuous breakfast with wide selection. Great hospitality, they go out of their way to make you feel at home. The airport shuttle package we booked was an added benefit.
