Head just over 12 miles to the eastern end of Panama City Beach and visit St. Andrews State Park, where guests can explore the pier and hop on a shuttle boat tour. Hop on a ferry to Shell Island - only accessible by boat! Families will love Shipwreck Island Waterpark, just under six miles from the condo, with its lazy river, water slides, and designated toddler area.

This family-friendly condo has a spacious living area perfect for friends and family to gather and spend time together. It boasts a TV with cable, a sofa, two armchairs, and a ceiling fan. The home has a TV in each bedroom, also with cable. Right off the living area is a large private balcony, the best place to sip coffee or an evening cocktail. The well-equipped kitchen will make meals easy with all the excellent stainless steel appliances, including a convenient dishwasher and a coffee maker.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
