The Salty Suite is a family and pet-friendly townhome in the Portside Resort located on the quiet west end beaches of Panama City Beach, FL. Our unit is at the back of the resort and has very little through traffic making it the perfect place for a peaceful getaway and safe for kids and pets.

Wake up and draw back the black out curtains to see the Florida sunshine shining through the glass doors in the master bedroom. Then enjoy your morning coffee lounging on the cozy furniture on the second floor patio.

Pack up the family for a short drive or walk to the beautiful white sand and clear waters of Panama City Beach. We provide beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and other beach essentials so you're ready to hit the surf as soon as you arrive. Our beach access, is generally much less crowded than other parts of the beach, so you will have plenty of room to spread out your towels, soak up the sun and build a big sand castle.

There are plenty of places nearby where you can rent a golf cart so you can keep your car nice and clean for your trips to the beach. Or drive down to pier park for shopping galore and a ferris wheel ride! Bring your pooch along to enjoy the designated dog beach.


After you wash off the sand from a relaxing day at the beach, enjoy drying off with our soft luxury extra large bath towels.

Back at the resort, enjoy the two beautiful pools with waterfalls, a hot tub and fitness center free for your use during your stay. The pools are open until 11:00 pm and lit after dark. The back pool is heated during the winter. If it rains, we have board games to play inside, two vizio smart tvs with all the streaming apps connected to high-speed internet or check out the Dave & Buster’s right down the street.

The kitchen is fully equipped to make meals at home if you don’t feel like going out to one of the many delicious restaurants in the area, and the in-unit washer and dryer make laundry a breeze if you are there for a longer stay.

We even provide a pack and play, booster seat, baby gate, and toilet seat reducer for your little ones so you don’t have to lug them along on your trip (we know the struggle)!

If you bring your fur babies along for the trip, we have bowls and a crate available for your use as well.

Sleeping arrangements: The master bedroom has a king size bed with custom headboard featuring a memory foam mattress and luxury lightweight bamboo sheets. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and twin size bunk bed with 2 bunks featuring cool 100% cotton 300 thread count sheets. Weight limit is 200 pounds for the top bunk and 250 for the bottom.

Parking notes: There is one designated parking spot available directly in front of the unit and plenty of visitor parking if you have an additional vehicle (up to 2 allowed). You must stop at the front office on your way in to get your parking pass and entrance codes and wristbands for the pool and fitness center. If the office is closed, there is an on site security guard available to assist. Parking passes are $20 each.

Pet policy: 2 dogs max allowed per visit. Dogs must be in a crate if they are left alone in the house. Non-refundable fee is $50 per pet per trip.

The condo was spotless and well appointrd. It wasn’t fancy but was very nice and clean. Quite a bit of mold on the pool decks. We’d definitely stay here again. Good communication with host/owner. Thank you for a nice enjoyable stay.

We have stayed in other units at this resort a few other times and absolutely love this resort for our family! It's quiet, family oriented, safe, and has many things for the kids to do (pools, hot tub, tennis courts, etc.). We also love that we can bring our fur babies with us!The location is a perfect distance from all the craziness of PCB but close enough that you don't have to drive too far/long to get to things. This unit is so nice and cozy and is so cutely decorated! It was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for a week long stay. They also had many things in the storage shed for us to use on the beach, my kids especially enjoyed boogie boarding :). This unit is at the back of the resort which made it about a 10 minute walk to the beach. We ended up driving some of our beach stuff to the front and parked in the guest parking up there to shorten the walk for some of the guests in our party. Jocelyn (the host) was so kind and wonderful to work with and answered every question I had. You can tell she takes pride in her unit and wants her guests to have a wonderful experience. She also had a very sweet welcome basket for us when we arrived. We will definitely be back!

Sweet Stay at the Salty Suite

Everything about this place is as described. From the beach chairs to the stocked kitchen, soft towels, excellent shower water pressure and comfy beds, the hosts really thought of everything which made our stay relaxing. The resort was very nice and quiet. There were plenty of grassy areas for walking our dogs, plus pick up stations throughout. We rented a golf cart nearby which was great to get around to the beach, shops, restaurants and even the grocery store. If you are looking for a home away from home, then you must book this place!

Great stay at The Salty Suite PCB

I stayed for a quick beach trip. This unit has everything for you to have a great beach trip. Towels, chairs, shade, and kids beach toys are there for your use. The resort has multiple pools and showers for after the beach or something else for the kids. They have blackout shade curtains for restful sleep, a stocked coffee bar, and cozy beach decor to relax in throughout the house.

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed this property. The owners were very communicative and responsive. The check in process was very easy and we had all the information we needed at all times. The location was good and the condo had everything we needed! Big bonus to be able to bring our puppy!

Great for kids and dogs

The host is very communicative so even though the self check in process keypad doesn't work she was able to get us in. There were some minor inconveniences, broken sofa bed, no remote upstairs and no lighting on upper deck but we had a good time. Panama City Beach is fantastic! We would stay here again.

Wonderful vacation
