ABOUT THE SPLASH BEACH RESORT
Splash Resort's amenities are quite unique among Gulf Coast resorts and there is something here for everyone. There is an adults-only swimming pool and Jacuzzi located right next to the main kids play area where the water slides and an enormous bucket that dumps hundreds of gallons of water every 45 seconds are located. There is also a state-of-the-art fitness facility overlooking the pool and Lazy River. There is a poolside bar and grill with tables by the pool and a reasonably-priced menu. High-speed Internet access is available in many common areas around the resort, including a Wi-Fi lounge area with comfortable seating. There is an Alvin's Island beach apparel, accessories and surf shop. Also, there is a mini grocery store and coffee and ice cream shop located onsite, giving Splash just about everything that most guests need on their vacation so that they need not leave until they are ready to check out.

We loved staying here at the Splash resort. The ocean view from our room was outstanding. Unfortunately, it was foggy for the 2 days we were there, but all in all, it was a beautiful condo. It had everything we needed with enough room and a fantastic view. I would stay here again any time.

Poorly maintained unit. The curtains were tore, the second bathroom sink didn’t drain, the main bathroom had rusty hand rails. Sand all on the couch and it wasn’t from us we didn’t get on the beach. For 300 bucks for 1 night plus 40 to park I expect much better. We stay down there a couple times a month and this was by far the worst experience.

The view and location was the best thing about the condo. Jim was very quick about answering any questions we had. The only negative things were the long walk from the parking garage to the condo, the furniture was not that comfortable and the kitchen could have been better equipped. I'm sure being disabled had a lot to do with the comfort of the furniture. All in all we had a very good stay here. If you have kids, they would love the pools.

The suite was not cleaned prior to our arrival. The floors were full of sand.There were multiple hairs on the shower wall.No soap, shampoo in the bathrooms.Did not realize the parking was across the street. Very hard to transport luggage plus control toddlers.

Very kid friendly and clean. Would like to have had disinfect spray and clorox wipes to clean up with. Maybe extra towels and trash bags. But overall awesome beach amenities and view! And location off elevators was great! Very handicapped accessable (wide doors and hand rails, but not handicap toilets) still a win in my book though! Thanks for the great stay!

Great condo

The condo was clean and the view was wonderful! The owner has the kitchen pretty well stocked and provides some laundry detergent which was helpful. Also has chairs, some beach items and toys and we added to the collection. We noticed a little bit of sand in the 2nd bedroom bed when we went to sleep the first.night. Most of the time there was a wait for the elevators, which obviously the owner has no control over. We usually ended up taking the stairs. I had to make 3 trips to the registration desk to get registered because each time I went no one was available. There are lounge chairs and umbrellas set up each day which was also really nice.

We were very pleased with property. Nice kids water play area. Full kitchen washer and dryer nice balcony. 2 nice bedrooms and bathrooms. 4 bag chairs one boogie board a float 2 umbrellas to use at beach could not have been any better. Would absolutely stay here again. Jim was very nice and could easily be reached if needed. Was nice to spend time here with daughter and grandchildren that we dont get to see enough. bedrooms and bathrooms
