The open-concept living and kitchen area is perfect for gathering and the fully equipped kitchen includes a flat-top stove, full-size fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster cookware and serving essentials. While this unit does not have a water view, you'll love being just steps from the sand and within minutes of Pier Park, great restaurants and endless activities. The gulf-front property offers fantastic amenities including a pool,, hot tub, tiki hut, charcoal grills, and on-site coin laundry, though please note no elevator and no daily maid service (a starter set of linens and towels is provided). Best of all , this condo is pet-friendly for up to two pets (50 lbs max each) and with a dog friendly beach only 1/4 mile away, your furry friends can enjoy the fun too.
