You can see the Gulf from the main bathroom and from the second main bedroom, too. In addition the third bedroom has a beach view from its window. With nine-foot ceilings, crown molding, tile flooring, granite counter tops, ceiling fans, 2 huge garden tubs and showers with shower massages, this condo has it all! From our eleventh floor balconies, you'll overlook a 1,700-foot expanse of sugar white sands known for generations as the "Miracle Mile"! This property comfortably sleeps up to 12 with 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 1 sleeper sofa, 1 trundle bed, and a set of bunk beds for the kids.

You must register in advance for parking/amenities. Prior to your arrival you will be sent a link to do so. Your registration packet is picked up from security upon arrival. You are limited to 3 parking passes. There is a parking deck and open air parking. Parking rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice. Registration Fees ($50 per vehicle & $6 per armband)

A 2-3 night minimum stay is required. Minimum rental age is 25. No Pets. No smoking or vaping except in designated outdoor areas.

The open floor plan great room's sofa with queen sized pull out sleeper, love seat, recliner and a 52 inch wide screen HDTV makes you feel right at home. Enjoy the Gulf view from the comfort of the living room or step onto the private balcony for a panoramic view of the majestic Gulf of Mexico. The view is awesome, you're sure to be enchanted by the emerald waters and sugar white sand. The great room and kitchen have a tropical theme with nautical accents. Relax and enjoy. Stretch out with a beach novel from our collection. Surf by the surf with free high speed internet and USB charging stations for all your mobile devices. Step out onto one of the two balconies and take it all in.

Create a feast, or a quick snack, in the well-equipped gourmet kitchen, complete with the latest appliances and granite counter tops. It even has a Keurig coffee maker! You'll love having an ocean front view from the kitchen, too. Dine inside or outside, it's up to you! No waiting in line and no reservations required when you have your own condo instead of just a hotel room! If you don't feel like cooking, just head down Under the Boardwalk to our Tiki Bar for a snack or cool drink by the pool.

The full sized washer and dryer are great for a quick load of laundry or to get the beach towels dry! An ironing board and iron are provided, too.

Sleep to the gentle sounds of the ocean in the Admiral's Main suite's comfy king-size bed. The nautical themed master suite opens on to the beachfront balcony. You'll enjoy the luxury linens and the memory foam mattress topper. Switch on the flat screen TV and enjoy. Let your cares float away in the master bathroom's fantastic garden tub overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the Signal Hill golf course.

You can sleep to the sounds of the ocean from the Pineapples and Plams guest bedroom, too! You'll enjoy a luxurious queen size bed with memory foam topper and a window with a picture postcard ocean and golf course view. This room has a flat screen TV also. The adjacent bathroom has a tub and shower combination with a handheld shower massage.

The Crew's quarters is every kid's dream. It's a real room, not just a bunk bed in a hallway. The kids get a sturdy set of bunk beds, a chest of drawers and a night stand. It even has its own TV! Note: bunk beds are not suitable for use by persons over 100 lbs.

The First Mate's second main suite has a private entry from outside and a private ocean and golf course view balcony. It has a king-size bed with memory foam topper and a trundle bed with 2 twin mattresses. The wall mounted TV can be adjusted for viewing from either the bed or the trundle bed. The efficiency kitchen in this suite has a mini refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker for preparing simple meals and snacks. You can relax in the garden tub or enjoy a hot shower after a day at the beach in the luxurious en suite bathroom!

The Boardwalk Beach Resort has all the amenities you expect from a first class vacation destination. The zero entry pool is exquisite with its own waterfall and extensive decks for sunbathing and relaxing. Two hot tubs for relaxing and Under the Boardwalk is where you'll find great drinks and snacks. The children's pool and play area has interactive fountains that will thrill the youngsters and an observation deck for parents to enjoy the view.
