When you enter this unit there is a sleeping area with a king bed, TV and dresser. You then pass through the kitchen to sitting area with a couch, table and chairs, TV. This unit has a balcony with 2 chairs, table. view overlooking the pool, beach and the Gulf of Mexico. This property is located in a very popular area of Panama City Beach just minutes from Pier Park shopping and entertainment complex, Frank Brown Sports and Aquatic Center, Walmart, City Pier and Gulf World Marine Park. The property has a pool, hot tub, tiki hut, charcoal grills but sorry no elevators. In the unit you will find dishes, silverware, glasses and a single set of towels and bed linens. There is a guest coin operated laundry room on the property. This unit is what we call "basic beach" i,e. a clean comfortable beach front property without the high price.

This place was perfect for us! No elevator to have to wait on, no complications parking, easy room access, even easier beach access, the pool was great, bed was comfy, and the a/c worked amazingly! We had a wonderful time and hope we will be able to book the same place and same room next year.

Have been coming to PCB for years, several times a year. Love this unit, my favorite place to stay of all that I’ve been to. Right on the sand, perfect location to walk to where you want to go. Bill is a wonderful host & always available & helpful.

Great Location!!!

Great for the price compared to other close by condos. Great view and access to the beach. It is a little small but had everything we needed. Lots of things are within walkable distance. We would stay again!
