Top Notch Condo

We highly recommend this condo.This Panama City Beach condo provides an amazing experience due to its prime location, offering easy access to great attractions, restaurants, Pier Park and the upcoming Top Golf near Aqua Resort. The beautifully decorated and very clean unit is well-equipped with all essential amenities. The expansive balcony is a wonderful spot to relax and take in the beautiful water views and sunsets. The provided beach chairs are a significant perk. I highly recommend this condo.

Good location but older building in need of updates.

Pool bottom looked dirty. Decent beach chairs included with our rental but they are way too close to each other and no cup holders. Hard to walk through first row of chairs to get to ocean. No tents in front of chairs rule is not enforced so you never have a good view of ocean. There’s a parking pass kiosk but it would never print our pass. Good location to pier park.

Excellent condo missing a few little things

This unit is a beautifully decorated, clean condo on the 2nd floor of Aqua. We enjoyed not having to wait on the main elevators as the building has a separate elevator for the 1-3rd floors. This unit was extremely clean; it has the cleanest floors we've ever seen as our socks were never black from the floors during the trip. The furniture was comfortable as were the beds, and the unit was decorated very tastefully. The balcony had perfectly adequate furniture as well. The condo management staff was very responsive and got us checked in prior to our official check in time of 5 PM. We had no issues related to them other than the security codes changing for the garage/pool entrance at the end of the week, which necessitated a call to the condo security service. I feel this could've and should've been communicated preemptively by the condo management firm. I wish I could give this condo a 4.5 star rating; its only deficiency is it was missing a few key items that we have always seen in every other unit we've ever rented. We could not find any dish towels in the kitchen or any dish soap. There was no hand soap in the kitchen at all and only some bars in the bathrooms. Other than that it was stocked well with dishes and other items. This is a great unit that we will definitely look at renting again. It has beautiful views, is very clean and smartly decorated and has (almost) everything you need!
