Edgewater 2-307 is a beachfront 2BR/2BA condo in Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort. This unit has a spacious balcony overlooking the Gulf and boasts stunning floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room! You’ll find comfortable furnishings throughout and a well-appointed kitchen with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances. With a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, this condo sleeps up to 6 guests. Enjoy panoramic Gulf Front Views, take a dip in the beachfront lagoon pool, and explore the endless activities at Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort!

You won't want to leave Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort in Panama City Beach!  The resort is so extensive that you won't ever have to leave once you arrive and golf cart shuttles are provided to take you where you would like. With half a mile of private beach, eleven pools, four hot tubs and a fabulous 11,500 s.f. Polynesian-style, free form lagoon pool with waterfalls and fiber optic lighting, you can lounge to your heart's content!  Wander past the six reflecting pools to wind down your day. Beach service is available for a fee.
