This newly renovated 3BR 2 full bath beach home is walking distance from the beach and centrally located in PCB! The home features an open floor plan, raised ceilings, and fully equipped kitchen. Perfect for your next family vacation to the beach. The master bedroom offers a queen bed, full bath, and walk in closet. The first guest bedroom offers a queen bed, with french doors that open to the living room. The 2nd guest bedroom is perfect for your little ones and offers a twin trundle bed and the sofa folds into a full-size bed. The home is walking distance to our favorite coffee shop, the pour and located close to all of the most popular restaurants in PCB.

Beach vacation
Location is between two major roads that run together and has significant road noise. Difficult to get to the beach if you have knee problems or your bring a lot of stuff to beach. However can walk to multiple restaurants near beach. Overall nice home and convenient to to beach and resturants
