Home includes a fully equipped kitchen, fenced yard, crib, high chair, pack n' play, kids dishes/utensils, 1200 Mbps Wi-Fi, outdoor dining patio, rainy day games, smart TVs, free parking, charcoal grill, full washer/dryer, ceiling fans, and central AC. Some beach chairs, shade, boogie boards, and a cart are also available.

3 bedrooms comfortably sleep 8 guests (1 king, 1 queen, 4 bunks). Two full bathrooms (1 walk-in shower, 1 tub/shower combo), and ample storage ensure everyone has enough space to relax.

*Priority Clean*: We believe true comfort starts with uncompromising cleanliness. All bed linens and towels are laundered using state-of-the-art commercial machines operating at 160°F high-heat cycles for complete hospital-grade sanitization. All mattresses are CertiPUR-US certified and wrapped in quiet non-crinkling bed bug proof, dust mite proof, and waterproof protectors. Unlike most vacation rental surface turnovers, we prepare for every guest arrival with more of a deep clean not a quick flip. We invest heavily in professional-grade cleaning standards to ensure a fresh start to your vacation. Floors and high-touch areas are steamed and sanitized each stay plus reinforced with semi-annual professional upholstery and steam extraction. Monthly pest treatments and ultrasonic pest repellers help prevent unwanted visitors. Trash is picked up twice a week. Starter toiletries and essentials are individually wrapped.

A one-time per trip $100 pet fee will be added for pets.

House was very spacious and clean. My two dogs enjoyed the backyard and quite morning walks to the lake. It’s a short drive to pet friendly Pier Park Beach. Kiersten responds quickly to every email. I recommend this place very highly. Thank you for a perfect stay.

The home was exactly as advertised, in fact, it was better than we hoped. The home was perfect for our dogs, especially the fenced-in yard. The neighborhood was quiet and walkable to many places. Our host, Kiersten, was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions. I would definitely recommend this home.
