The location on the beach is great. We were close to everything including Business 98 to get into town. The showers at the beach gate and pool were convenient. The parking garage was a little tight but we always found a place to park. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. We loved the balcony which had nice furniture and a great view of the beach and the county pier. I did not see the 50 parking fee until the day before arrival and I would have appreciated that being disclosed at the time of booking. The check-in instructions made clear that very little toilet paper and paper towels would be provided and no beach or pool towels would be provided, all of which surprised me. We were driving so we brought our own pool towels. The kitchen had so many dishes and bowls that the few small cabinets were overflowing but we could not cook much because there was not even salt and pepper in the unit. Each bathroom only had one small bar of soap to share between the sink and shower. So, we went to the store and bought hand soap and a kitchen scrub brush for cleaning pots and pans, etc. The unit had dozens of some kind of fly every day (maybe fruit flies?). I would probably stay there again because it was a great location and decent value but I would bring extra supplies from home. As for the flies, I think they may have been attracted to some damp drywall and popcorn ceiling in the primary bath and utility door.
