The unit was just as described: spacious, bright, plenty of amenities, and with a tremendous view. If you want to be ON the beach, it simply doesn't get any closer than this. The host, Frank, is wonderfully communicative and sends you all necessary information well in advance. We were told exactly how and when to check in, what to expect, access codes, times, and locations of everything. With our two adults, one teenager, and two preteens, all five of us slept comfortably. Pillows, sheets, blankets, and towels are all provided and all clean. The bathrooms each have great water pressure in the showers. The kitchen has pretty much everything you would need to cook your own meals as we did most of the time for a week. I would love to stay here again and would have zero hesitation booking this unit in the future!

Pleasant stay in a great location.

We very much enjoyed staying at this location of this property. Being on the 19th floor gave us a wonderful view and ocean sound without having to hear people down on the beach. There was only one working elevator so going and coming was very slow. Would stay here again.

Great view; spacious condo

Booking process was very simple with owner. Owner has a good system for scheduling and refunded the damage deposit the day after we left, which was the fastest turnaround time I have ever experienced. Condo was very nice. Had a great view from the balcony of the fire works set off from the Pier at Pier Park during the pirate festival.

Loved Our Trip

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was exactly as advertised and close to everything. Frank was extremely helpful when we had to change our dates. Of course, the beach was amazing. I brought my own sheets for the bed because I like soft ones. The ones provided were so soft I didn’t use mine.

Big condo

Very big and spacious, however bring your own pillows and bed topper, everything was great minus the bed was hard as a rock and we didn’t sleep well , other wise everything in the condo was perfect for me and my husband. We had our kids with us as well that loved the bunk beds

Good location with beautiful views from the 19th floor.

Frank was easy to work with and had a fast response when we had issues. House cleaning could have been better, as there was sand left in the throw rugs and on the balcony. We enjoyed our stay even though we thought it could have been cleaner.

Tidewater

Overall, satisfactory place to stay. Clean and safe. Check in was really simple if pre-registered and we had no trouble with parking or amenities. Our unit was stocked with necessities and had a great view. Our host, Frank, was very informative and thorough thru email and very kind. Wait times for the elevators were problematic but that was really our only complaint.

Amazing view

The property manager was great to communicate with, easy check in process. Resort was fabulous, had everything you need, 2 pools were refreshing and beach was fantastic with complimentary chairs/umbrella. The only issue we had was how uncomfortable the bed was, it was very hard, could feel the springs. With my bad hip I really didn’t sleep well on the bed.

Excellent Stay

We really enjoyed our stay this year! Frank was quick to respond to a small maintenance issue and it got fixed right away! We did not experience anything negative from this condo nor from owner. The only complaint I would have is checking out which took 30 minutes to get on the elevators - which is not Frank’s fault but Tidewaters poor management - some elevators weren’t working.

Memory Maker

This property is a winner. The cleanness of the room and the amazing view was well worth the trip down. This was my family’s first trip to the beach and we seen stingrays every morning from the balcony. The price was very affordable. Conveniently located 1/4 mile from pier park and an amazing Marcos Pizza straight across the street that will deliver. Highly recommend staying at this condo. Will definitely come back and stay again. Thank you for allowing us to make family memories at Tidewater in Panama City, Florida!!!
