The location was AMAZING! The beach was so close, a 2 min walk, Pier Park was right next door, a 5 min walk. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. The garage was a super bonus, being able to store all our beach items, etc. We will definitely go again. Holly was super wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this lovely home!!

Easy to get to nearby restaurants without having to drive. Beach access was super easy, much better than going up and down elevators. The end house allowed for a bit more privacy as well.

This was our first visit to PCB and our family really enjoyed it immensely. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay, it had everything we needed and is in a great location. We enjoyed our stay. Great location, so close to the pool, easy walk to the beach and pier park. We loved the garage area to sit in and hang out with our family when we weren’t on the top balcony. Stairs are a complete workout though, so be prepared of that if you have anyone with knee issues, etc.
