SeaHavenPCB is our beach retreat that we are excited to share with you! We have enjoyed renting with VRBO before and now can offer our own home for VRBO clients to enjoy! We understand that this is our first and there are no reviews yet. We would like to entice you to be our first to review and enjoy our home at a discount.

We love PCB and enjoy how convenient the location is! It is right in the middle of everything fun about Panama City Beach, without being crowded. There are several public beach accesses within 100’ of the front door. The sunsets are absolutely amazing and if you are an early riser, you can get great sunrises as well. The beach is quiet in this area because there aren’t large hotels or condo complexes in front of us enjoying the same beach space.

You can also sit on the balcony and enjoy the views from the comforts of home. There is a large ocean front balcony and seating with a table to even take your meals or games outside. We updated the condo in November with new floors in the bedrooms, fresh paint in the bedrooms, brand new Smart TVs in all rooms, fresh linens, new Incredible king size bed in the owner's suite, king bed in the second bedroom and a queen bed plus a twin bed in the third bedroom. We also have two extra twins stowed away if you need to pull that out for extra sleeping arrangements. We recently added a full size pool table to the garage and will be adding a ping pong topper shortly to make it a great playroom.

We live here part-time and enjoy this home throughout the year. The Sunsets never get old nor do the walks on the beach with our favorite beverage. We invite you to enjoy it too and have tried to include all the comforts of home that we too would want in a vacation rental. We do not live on site but are a text or call away to assist with any of your needs.

Getting to the condo is fairly easy and nearly all the roads leading to the gulf are 4 lanes to reduce traffic jams. The Beaches International Airport ( ECP ) is 20-25 minutes away and an easy Uber,Lyft or car ride away.

There is so much to do within minutes of the condo. There are several restaurants within walking distance. The condo is less than 2 miles from the famous Pier Park, featuring many restaurants like Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville, Rum Runners Tropical Grill, Dick’s Last Resort, Longhorns and many others. There are plenty of shops there as well and great entertainment options. We are also within a couple of miles to Ripley’s, Pineapple Willy’s, Wonderworks, and all the entertainment of East Panama City Beach. Just a short 15 minute drive gets you to Hunt’s Oyster Bar, Andy’s Flower Power and several other local favorites. There are multiple public golf courses, miniature golf courses and go cart tracks all around the condo. The county and city pier are both within a couple miles and allow fishing or spectating. There are several marinas that are a 10-15 minute drive where you can rent a boat or book a fishing trip. We are an easy 20-30 minute drive to all of “30A” ( Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seacrest Beach, WaterSound Beach, Seagrove Beach, Seaside Beach, WaterColor, Grayton Beach and Blue Mountain Beach. Destin is about an hour minute drive and offers Harbor Walk with lots of entertainment and waterfront dining as well as a huge fishing fleet and rental boats and jet skis.

No matter if you are coming to Panama City Beach and SeaHavenPCB for the first time or if you have been many times there is always something fun to do! Thru out the year there are festivals, car shows, cruise ins, motorcycle rally’s, athletic competitions and tons of activities. Of course, you can always just relax on the beach, on the balcony or in the condo taking in all the scenery and recharging yourself!!
