Enjoy a little slice of heaven in our 9th floor gulf front condo! We are perfectly located on PCB's east side on Thomas Dr. at the beautifully maintained Pelican Walk complex. Located near St. Andrew's State Park, this family friendly, gulf front condo is located right on the beach! The condo has one bedroom, 2 bathrooms (one tub, one stall shower). The bedroom features a king size bed and an attached full bath. Our condo overlooks the seasonally heated pool, and offers a sleeper sofa and Murphy bed in the living room to add additional sleeping space. Flat screen TV's in both bedroom and living room. Laundry area with stacked washer and dryer in condo for your added convenience. Enjoy your favorite beverage on the balcony (you may even get lucky and see dolphins frolicking in the morning!) while overlooking the world famous beach. Only a short drive to Pier Park, amusement parks, and the area's best restaurants.

Great location and great views, just as listed in the property description/pictures!It appears to be an older condo that could use some updates - moldy ceiling/stained ceiling in the bathrooms, toilet seat in one of the bathrooms was chipped, several cracked tiles on the floors.The spare bedding was dirty and unwashed - the host did remedy the situation and had the cleaner come out to switch them and gave us a 50 refund.The blankets were stained/worn out and that's all they had available in the unit.No games/puzzles in the unit, but the common area had puzzles/books which they let us borrow.About the common areas, the men's sauna did not work and the hot tub had some broken jets.Nice tennis courts, indoor racquetball court and heated pools.
