You will love the oversized balcony which overlooks the ocean and one of two wonderful 172' free-form pools (one heated to 80+ degrees!). You have complete balcony access and ocean views from both the living room and master suite! You don't even have to get out of bed to see and enjoy the ocean! Let the sounds of the waves lull you to sleep!

No worries about privacy, Calypso 'ropes off' the pool areas afer 10PM. You CANNOT see in the unit during the daytime (We've tried!). All you will see is the reflection of the palm trees and ocean shining back at you:) When closed, our custom draperies are very room darkening. The only problem is you may sleep too late to get up with the sun. The dolphins are most active in the morning!

FIRST FLOOR FLIP FLOPS is decorated to give you a beach cottage feel and absolute luxury! We can accomodate nine, with KING-size bed in the master suite, KING-size bed in the front bedroom on the left, bunk beds (FULL bed on lower bunk, twin on top) in the front bedroom on the right, and a queen sleeper sofa with upgraded gel mattress.

Because your comfort is important to us, our fully equipped kitchen (granite countertops, of course) is stocked with all luxuries of home. Prepare your favorite dish, or blend yourself a Margarita at the wet-bar before heading off to Margaritaville, a few FLIP FLOPS away!

Mom says she is on vacation and doesn't plan to cook much? No problem! There are many great restaurants in walking distance and a great carryout called Fatty's, is just across the street. We have menus in the condo, and often run across the street for carryouts to enjoy on the patio at sunset! Can't miss sunset!!!

Our unit offers a separate laundry room with full-size washer and dryer. Being able to close the laundry room door means no laundry noise to interrupt your quiet time in the evening.

We have also installed extra storage cabinets - in the laundry room and above the wet bar - for your convenience.

CALYPSO WEST 104 CONVENIENCE - You will appreciate the easy access to our FIRST FLOOR CONDO for loading and unloading. There is 15 minute parking right outside your door! You simply use the assigned code for admittance into the undercondo parking garage on the beach side - right under Calypso Resort Towers, and your VIP spot will be waiting for you! Our spot is right by the middle elevator / stairs, and the luggage carts, which you won't need if you take advantage of the 15 minute parking right out front our your first floor condo!

The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" . The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation we will refund any unused portion of rent. No refunds will be given for any other reason, including red flag water conditions.
