Short Spring Break

This is our second time staying here. The location is great, and the neighborhood is quiet residential. The property is just as described. The fenced yard is great for the dog and the driveway provides safe and easy parking.

Beach house

We had an amazing time at this beach house being able to use the golf cart was an unexpected added bonus that made the trip even better. The house was very clean organized and a must see. Our property manager Randall was responsive and helpful. We are definitely putting this house on rotation.

Family spring vacation

Our family had a great time visiting Panama City Beach Florida. We've never been to Florida at all. Randall's property was very nice! The only thing I had to do when we got there was wipe down the master bathroom sink/wall area, not sure what it was? We had accidentally gotten locked out a day early. When we got a hold of the Randall he took care of it right away. We would stay again if we ever go back there! Thanks, Randall

It was a pleasant place but had its downfalls

I rented this place for my daughters 18th birthday and was highly disappointed. Had fun when we weren’t at the house so area has a lot of things to do. The pictures showed grass in back yard for our dog but there was no grass in backyard. Ended up having to leash her and take her out front. Not necessarily a good thing with other animals roaming neighborhood and sprinkler system coming on while out there. Beds were not comfortable and couch in living area was not comfortable either. The layout of house was good and mostly quiet other than the traffic noise from back beach road. Neighbors were quiet at least. Overall I probably would not stay again at this location. I would have rathered be in a house like I needed for our dog to go out and roam the back yard freely with grass. The owner was very prompt on any messages we sent to him but seemed lack of interest that the back door on outside was missing and blinds were messed up prior to our arrival, lightbulbs missing or not working and stained carpet throughout. I would suggest if you want a comfortable bed, grass in yard and everything working rent another place. Unless property owner fixes everything. 🙁

Wonderful family vacation!

Our family of six recently stayed at the rental home hosted by Randall. This was one of the best vacations we have ever had. We wanted a place to rest and relax. We were pleasantly given just that in an extraordinarily comfortable environment. When we pulled into the driveway, we were close to many things we wanted to be near- the beach, the Panama City Beach Pier shops and the major arteries to get around. At the same time, we were far enough these to have the peace and quiet we wanted at the end of the day. The home was welcoming. It was simple and tastefully decorated. We had amenities- televisionsin each room, a Weber in the back yard, a garage, good appliances in the kitchen, a master bedroom that that we did not feel we needed to leave! The whole house had space. Space for our four children to have their own space and space for us to be a family. At dinner time, we could cook with quality pots, pans, nice cooking appliances, and quality dishes to put the food on. We felt like we were at a high-end place that was set up with love and care. We truly felt the host cared about our stay and put a lot of thought into what would do that in is the smallest of details. We have rented from other places and NEVER been as comfortable and cared for as we were at this rental home. Thank you Randall for hosting our family!
